Th staff are great. They always keep me well informed about what they are doing with ryder and I know he will be well cared for when at Brian house or being taken out by the staff.

Charlie had not been to Brian house for a while and was apprehensive about going. The staff were great and ever arranged a visit from the local fire brigade, complete with fine engine./nCharlie came home with a huge smile on his face.
